Looking Towards 2013 – Transformers: The Ride 3-D

Universal Orlando is continuing their expansion, taking on one of their most ambitious projects yet in Transformers: The Ride 3-D. The project’s timeframe for completion is perhaps the biggest challenge, as ground was broke in September 2012, with a scheduled completion date of this upcoming summer.

Making sure there is an authentic experience, Universal has been working closely with Transformers director Michael Bay. One thing is for sure, the excitement around this ride is something truly palpable.

“You’ll come face-to-face with Megatron. You’ll help Optimus Prime save mankind,” said Tom Schroder, Vice President of Corporate Communications at Universal Studios. “This attraction’s animation and effects will be larger than life.”
