Atlantis, Paradise Island is a culinary mecca in the Bahamas with 21 restaurants and 19 bars. And this fall, Atlantis will welcome the celebrated Greek-influenced restaurant Estiatorio Milos to Paradise Island.

Estiatorio Milos
Savored in Las Vegas, Miami, Montreal, New York, Athens, and most recently, London, Estiatorio Milos offers Mediterranean flavors and high-quality seafood in signature appetizers, delectable courses, and seasonal fare. The restaurant is celebrated serving the freshest, most pristine fish flown in daily from the Mediterranean.
“Milos is known for its simple yet inspiring presentation of seafood, and there is no better home than Atlantis for this very unique and fresh dining experience,” said Paul Burke, president and managing director of Atlantis in a statement. “Atlantis continues to stay innovative with its cuisine options in an ever changing landscape in order to appeal to all guests’ culinary desires.”
Atlantis and Milos Executive Chef and Owner Costas Spiliadis will be collaborating with acclaimed interior architect Jeffrey Beers, of Jeffrey Beers International. Beers also helped design Olives for Atlantis, which opened at the resort in 2014.

Fine dining at Atlantis
Discover a world of flavor at Atlantis! Estiatorio Milos will be joining the refined palate of fine dining delights, including exquisite Japanese, Mediterranean flavors, French favorites, and Caribbean-Southwest fusion. Reservations can be made up to 90 days in advance, and you’ll want to do so once you read about these celebrity chefs’ gourmet bistros.
Nobu
Nobu—Located just off the casino floor, this restaurant is from Celebrity Chef Nobu Matsuhisa and offers his fresh twist on traditional Japanese. Nobu offers four dining experiences—two small-scale dining areas bookending the main dining area, plus a hidden gem—the sake cellar.
Olives
Todd English’s Olives—A recent addition to Atlantis, Olives is a sophisticated dining experience with the signature open kitchen and Mediterranean cuisine. Olives Atlantis welcomes families and casino patrons and remains open until 3 a.m. for those guests who enjoy late-night gaming and Atlantis’ adult nightclub, Aura.

Cafe Martinique
Café Martinique—The culinary masterpiece of Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten, this fine dining restaurant features classic French gourmet delights with Old World elegance. Guests can enjoy succulent Mahi Mahi, Steak au Poivre, Berkshire Pork Chop, and more, at this Marina Village eatery.
Seafire Steakhouse
Other fine dining experiences include Chop Stix, contemporary Chinese cuisine; Bahamian Club, a club atmosphere with gourmet steaks, chicken, and fresh grilled seafood; Casa D’Angelo, where Tuscany meets the Caribbean; and Seafire Steakhouse, mouthwatering specialties of prime beef, lobster tails, and succulent tuna.
Marketplace
In addition to its fantastic fine dining options, Atlantis also has casual and quick bite eateries with delightful dishes and restaurants, like the famous New York restaurant Carmine’s, which serves up family-style Italian favorites; Virgil’s BBQ with hickory, oak, and fruit smoked flavors; and the Marketplace, an international buffet with made-to-order food stations.
