The AAA Five Diamond Grand Velas Riviera Maya is known for creating elegant and unforgettable experiences, and this October, the resort will present an extraordinary dining event at its award-winning Piaf Restaurant. The Best of France, a one-of-a-kind culinary celebration, will bring Maitres Cuisiners de France Chefs Christian Tetedoie, Claude Le-Thoic, Claude Godard, and Michel Mustiére, Executive Chef of Piaf, together to craft a 10-course dinner for guests of Grand Velas Riviera Maya. Each course will be expertly designed by one of the four chefs and paired with a fine wine. The special dinners, served Oct. 14-18 for 80 guests per seating, will be part of the resort’s luxury all-inclusive experience, “Beyond All-Inclusive, Beyond All Compare.”
Some example courses include gelatinized lobster with poached quail egg and Aquitaine caviar; Chateau-Chalon drunken chicken style, simmered in a casserole; and escargot and raclette ravioli with St. Danéle prosciutto, creamy garlic and morels sauce.
