New Delta Flights – On The Go Magazine Extra

New Flights at Delta with Jim Magrath, Manager of Leisure and Segmented Sales

Upgraded cabins complete with flat beds make traveling longer distances a breeze!

Seattle: Right now is a very exciting time for Delta and our JV partners. We are expanding in Seattle with plans to service Beijing, Shanghai, Tokyo Haneda, Paris and Netherlands (AMS) twice a day. We have upgraded our daily Tokyo Narita service to our newly refurbished 747-400 product with in-seat entertainment, and lie-flat beds in our Business Elite cabin.

New York City: In addition to our extensive route offering across the Atlantic, we offer even more flight options with our partners: Air France and Alitalia. We have added daily service on the Latin America/Caribbean side from John F. Kennedy to Montego Bay, Aruba, Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic, Cibao International in the DR, as well as Aeropuerto de las Américas in the DR and all have been increased to twice daily. San Juan Peurto Rico has been increased to 3 flights daily from JFK.

We have also added daily service from LaGuardia to Bermuda International Airport and Nassau, Bahamas. We most recently announced new service from JFK- La Aurora Airport which will begin Dec 21.

Delta is striving to put more technology in the cabins, like tv’s in each headrest.

Los Angeles we are adding LAX- SJO (San Jose, Costa Rica) and Belize City service in addition to our Don Miguel Hidalgo y Costilla International in Mexico, and Cancun International service already in place. For Hawaii, we already serve Honolulu International three times daily, Kahului Airport two times daily, Kona International, and Lihue Airport. Finally, in the Asia/pacific region, we serve Narita Airport and Haneda Airport in Japan. We service Sydney Airport in Australia, which also allows for connections throughout Australia and New Zealand with our JV partner Virgin Australia.
Other services we see coming for this winter is a Saturday only service Minneapolis AirportSan Jose, Costa Rica.
