Costa Rica is home to lush green rainforests running throughout the country, ragging rivers perfect for white water rafting and mountainous terrain that is home to several volcanoes. The biggest and most recognizable of them all, soaring 5,437 feet in the air, is the Arenal Volcano, Costa Rica’s most active volcano over the last 50 years. Around Arenal are countless other mountains that are home to some of the best zip lining in the world.

Our very own Alex Kekovski took his GoPro Camera with him as he zipped over the rainforest with Arenal highlighting the backdrop. Sky Trek operates the zip lines and for those who are queasy about soaring over 1,500 feet over a rainforest at upwards of 60 mph, the lines are regularly maintained and serviced and there is no possibility of danger. For those adrenaline junkies, or travelers who want to experience once-in-a-lifetime views zip lining over Costa Rica’s mountainous jungle is a must do.
